Shipping & Processing Time

We carry most items in inventory so we can ship your items without delay. 

To ensure every piece is packed with care, our orders are fulfilled twice weekly—on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders placed over the weekend or during major holidays will ship on the next scheduled fulfillment day.
During peak holiday seasons, shipping timelines may vary slightly, but we always aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

If you live within the continental US you will have the following options and associated shipping & handling costs at checkout:

  • We ship USPS, FedEx and UPS Ground.
  • All shipping options are calculated by the carrier on demand.

If a package is not able to be delivered by for any reason and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, plus the cost of returned shipping, as well as shipping costs to be resent if you desire.

Shipping Outside of the Continental US

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO addresses (AA & AP) are shipped the best way based on weight, package size, and location.

Shipment Notification & Tracking

Once your order has been processed for shipment you will receive shipment notification from via the email you provided at checkout. This email will contain a tracking number and a link to the shipper’s website for your convenience. If you do not receive this notice please check your spam folders. 

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items

If you received the wrong product, or if it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact us  within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the problem. In these rare cases, we will pay return shipping and provide a cash refund if requested.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Returns

Artworks: You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • No returns. Exchanges only with prior approval.*

*All of our products are handmade. There is natural variation from piece to piece, slight changes in color, shape, and size. We do our very best to represent our work as accurately as possible. If you are unsure about a purchase please connect the studio beforehand to receive more photos or to have a video conference to see the piece in more detail. We want you to be joyous and happy when you purchase one of our artworks!

Workshops: are non-refundable. If you cannot make it to the workshop you registered for, you can use the credit towards a future workshop, but ONLY if we receive notice from you at least 24 hours in advance of your workshop. If we do not receive notice, you will lose your space.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
