Each piece sold from this website is hand-blown by April Wagner or her assistants in the Pontiac, Michigan studio. All pieces are signed and dated by the artists. In an effort to educate and authenticate, every purchase will also include biographical information about the artists for the purchaser’s reference.
Most items are made to order and will be shipped 2-4 weeks from date of purchase. We will notify you via email when the piece is shipping and when it is expected to arrive at your location.
All items are shipped double boxed with peanuts, foam, bubble wrap, in at least 200# test corrugated boxes. All items are insured for full value during shipping. All pieces must be paid for in full before they are shipped.
Shipping is done by the best carrier available, depending on the style and size of the piece, and the location to which it is being shipped. Our primary carrier is UPS, but we also use Fed Ex, and USPS to Hawaii and Alaska . We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. Purchaser pays all shipping and handling costs, including insurance.
Shipping (international, including Canada )
Due to the complex nature of shipping internationally we cannot provide an online automated quote. If requested, we would be happy to email you a shipping estimate. International orders will ONLY be shipped to billing address listed on credit card used for purchase. Any customs fees, import taxes, or duties, or any other charges due when shipping outside of the US are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please refer to your local laws to determine what these costs may be.
Our customer privacy is our utmost concern! We DO NOT share information gathered through this site with any other organizations. And purchases made through the epiphany website are guarded by SSL to encrypt and protect your personal information as it travels over the internet.
Unless asked not too, we will include your name and address on our mailing list to let you know about studio announcements, artists’ highlights, sales, and special promotions.
If you do not wish to receive these mailing, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line of remove from mailer.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, and money orders. If you choose to make payment by money order, please allow 2+ weeks for payment to be received and clear banking before order is shipped.
Sales to residents of the Sate of Michigan will be charged the appropriate sales tax on their orders.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns, but we will gladly exchange any item you are unhappy with for one of equal or greater value.
If you decide to exchange a purchase, you have 15 days from the date of shipping to exchange it. You must request a RA (return authorization) number before shipping. Please call or email epiphany to obtain the RA #. All exchanges received without this number will be refused at purchaser’s expense. Exchanges should be shipped within 3 days of receiving RA #. Shipping and handling costs are always the responsibility of the purchaser, and will not be used towards exchanges. Also, epiphany does not accept COD shipments.
All exchanged pieces must be in their original condition, and shipped in their original packaging. Any returns broken during return shipping, is at the risk of the purchaser.
Special orders will be quoted individually, including estimated delivery date and price. Special orders are non-refundable and require a 50% non-refundable deposit before any work is started.
Breakage in Shipping
Rarely a piece breaks in shipping. If this happens please save all packing materials, and immediately contact the epiphany studios at 248.745.3786. The broken piece will be picked up and returned to the epiphany studios, and if replaceable a new piece will be shipped ASAP.
